FAQ

We charge a minimum  of $89 per call out.  If you only require 1 room then talk to us to see if we can still do the cleaning.  As a rule of thumb we offer the following carpet cleaning services. For a basic cleaning service we offer prices from $89 for 3 rooms.  $99 for 4 rooms and $109 for 5 rooms.  If you are wanting the 'delux' package then please discuss this with our team when you call us. 

All of the equipment that we use is the best on the market.  We use only the best equipment that is commercial grade.  All our cleaning products have been tried and tested over many years and we only use  equipment and cleaning products that have been proven to work, reliably over the years and are environmentally friendly.

Most carpets will take around 2-3 hours to dry.  However, this depends on a few different factors.  For example, it will take longer to dry if the weather isn't warm and sunny.  Also it may take longer to dry if we have had to do a deeper pressure clean due to bad stains.  Please note that we cannot guarantee that all stains will be removed.  We will do or best to remove the stains but some stains just cannot be removed.

The easiest way to book a cleaning job is to call/sms us direct and book the job in.  The other way you can book a job in is to fill out the form (which is under the 'contact us' tab on our website.  Once you do this we will give you a call back and book in the cleaning job or answer any questions you may have.  Most people just call us direct but if the office is closed, then the next best thing to do is to fill in the form and we will call you back once the office is open.

When making a booking we have a minimum order policy.  In other words we normally don't come out for just 1 room as it isn't worth the time and costs to come and do 1 room.  However, we have done 1 room jobs in the past but these jobs have been close to our head office or near to another job.  Our minimum job order is $89.  If you are unsure then please talk to someone at our head office and they will help you to find a positive outcome for you.

No you don't have to be home for us to come in and  clean.  If you aren't there in person then you will either have to get someone to open up for you or leave a key so we can get access.  When we book cleaning jobs please be aware that we aim to get to the job on time.  And most of the time this happens.  However, there are times when things out of our control delay us.  For example, bad traffic or equipment breakdowns.  If this happens then we will contract you and make sure that you are fully informed.  In these cases we have found that we either just get to the job a little late or we just reschedule the job.
